Cookie Policy

What cookies Evodira sets, why we set them, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — for example, your login session or preferences. Similar technologies (localStorage, session storage, pixel tags) may be used alongside cookies and are covered by this policy.

3. Cookie Categories

Strictly necessary — Required for authentication and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.

Functional — Remember your preferences to improve your experience. Disabling these will reset settings on each visit.

Analytics — Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. We use first-party analytics only; no data is shared with advertising networks.

We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party profiling cookies.

4. Third-Party Cookies

The Evodira platform does not embed third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). If you use an embeddable Trust Badge on your own website, that badge is a static SVG or HTML snippet and does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can manage cookies through:

  • Browser settings — All modern browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent login.
  • Platform preferences — Functional cookies can be disabled in your account settings under Privacy & Preferences.
  • Analytics opt-out — Click "Opt out of analytics" in the platform footer or email privacy@evodira.com.
