The terms, in plain language.

This website describes Evodira and how the platform is designed to work. We keep the copy honest: where something is a posture or a direction rather than a completed fact, we say so. Product details may change as we build, and nothing on this marketing site is itself a binding offer.

Access to the Evodira console is provisioned per organisation; it is not a self-serve sign-up. When you request a pilot, the form opens a message in your own email client and nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Onboarding covers identity, installation boundaries, deployment profile, endpoint permissions, and rollout before any local agent is activated.

Evodira is built so your raw data stays inside your boundary; only context — typed claims and redacted quotes — moves. You retain ownership of your content and the knowledge derived from it. How data is stored, retained, exported, and deleted for your deployment is governed by your pilot or order agreement and described in our Privacy and Security pages.

Use Evodira lawfully and within the permissions of the source systems you connect. Do not use the platform to circumvent access controls, process data you are not entitled to, or attempt to compromise its integrity or that of other users. The platform’s permission and approval controls are there to be respected, not bypassed.

Evodira produces grounded, cited answers and abstains when evidence is weak, but it is a decision-support system. Knowledge becomes authoritative only after human verification, and answers carry their confidence and provenance for your own judgement. You remain responsible for decisions made using its output.

As an early-stage product, features, availability, and these terms may change. For pilots, we will give reasonable notice of material changes through the agreement we have with you. Service levels and support are defined in that agreement, not on this page.

To the extent permitted by law, the marketing site is provided as is. The specific warranties, indemnities, and limitations that apply to your use of the platform are those set out in your signed pilot or order agreement, which prevails over anything on this page if the two differ.
